One goose. Three games.
The Wild Goose is a plush bird with a trick up each sleeve. The body is soft and squeaky, with a pocket for hiding treats. The wings are something else entirely: two slabs of nubbly TPR rubber that slide out of the body and fly like little boomerangs when you throw them. So it's a cuddle toy, a treat puzzle and a pair of fetch toys, depending on which bit your dog gets hold of.
Squeaks in the body
A squeaker in the plush belly sounds off with a bite. The fur is dense and short, so it's a proper squeak, not a shriek.
Wings that come off
Slide the wings out and you've got two rubber fetch toys with a textured, pebbly surface that's easy to grip and spot on grass. They're medium-firm TPR, a good deal tougher than the plush, which makes them the bit to hand over when the mood turns to gnawing. Many owners also run the nubs through the coat during a cuddle, which some dogs seem to love.
A pocket for treats
Tuck a few treats into the pocket in the body and the goose becomes a sniff-and-search game. Start with something easy so your dog gets the idea.
Built in the right places
The head and tail are high-density Oxford fabric, the part dogs grab most. The long ribbed neck is corduroy, made for carrying. The body is short plush for the sofa and the dog bed. At 37.5cm from beak to tail it's a mouthful for a Westie and an easy carry for a collie.
Pick your goose
-
Grey – grey body, brown head, bronze wings.
-
Mallard – tan body, green head, clear grey wings.
-
Black – black body, grey head, amber wings.
A quick word of honesty
The wings are tough. The body isn't, and it has a squeaker and a treat pocket in it, so it's for supervised play and cuddles, not for leaving a dog to work on. If your dog's hobby is unstuffing things, take the wings off, give them those, and keep the body for calmer moments.

Safety and care
Always supervise play. The body isn't a chew toy: take it away if your dog starts pulling at the plush, and replace it if the squeaker or filling is exposed. Check the wings for damage and take them away if pieces are coming off. Use dry treats only. Wings rinse clean; spot-clean the body with a damp cloth and leave to air-dry.
