Refund policy

We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen, and we will do what we can to make it right. 


If your items are materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at support@happierdoggo.com within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for an exchange. Please provide your order number with all correspondence. 


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund within 30 days after you received the items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method only.


All shipping charges for returning products to us after 30 days must be paid by the returnee. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 


To return your items:
Contact Customer Support at support@happierdoggo.com to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
