Made from the same stuff as running-shoe soles
The Bounce & Float is a dog football moulded from ETPU, the expanded foam that goes into the soles of premium running trainers. That's what makes it so odd to pick up: it's 15cm across, football-sized, and weighs about 260g. Throw it and it flies. Drop it and it bounces. Chuck it in the river and it floats.
Three tabs to grab
There are three tough webbing loops set into the ball. They give you a handle to throw from, your dog something to snatch it up by, and both of you a grip for a quick game of tug. They also stop it rolling away under the sofa, which a plain ball never manages.
It floats
Foam floats. So a fetch at the beach, the lake or the river ends with a soggy dog and a ball, rather than a soggy dog and a shrug.
Easy to spot
The neon yellow version shows up against grass, sand and murky water. The speckled white one has a confetti of blue and yellow flecks through it.
Grippy panels
The football panelling is moulded in, with a textured surface that's easier for teeth to hold than a smooth rubber ball.
A quick word of honesty
It's foam, not rubber. It's tougher than it looks and it'll take a lot of fetch, but a dog who settles down to chew it will get pieces off eventually, and foam pieces aren't something you want swallowed. Use it for throwing, catching and tug, then put it away.

Safety and care
Always supervise play. Not a chew toy: take it away if your dog starts working pieces off, and replace it if the foam is damaged or a tab is coming loose. Rinse with water and leave to dry. Small breeds may struggle with the size.
